We accept returns on our products up to 30 days from delivery. If you don't love your oils within that time frame, send them back! We'll refund your purchase and cover the shipping cost. To request a return, please fill out our contact us form or email us at email@example.com.
If you would like to return a product after 30 days, we can offer a partial refund based on our discretion.
To start a return, please fill out our contact form with your order number and list the items you wish to return with your reasons for returning. We will send you a return shipping label to your email address that you can use to return your order. Please ship in original packaging received if undamaged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days (this allows for time for the payment to post through your credit card or payment method).
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 5 business days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items will be refunded at their discounted purchased price.
We offer exchanges on items if they are damaged or defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will get back to you within 1 business day with how to complete an exchange.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
