Stressed out? Diffuse a few drops of Peppermint, Lavender and Sweet Orange or add a drop of each to your palm and inhale from hands.
Fighting a cough or cold? Blend a few drops each of Tea Tree, Frankincense and Sweet Orange. Add to your diffuser or mix with carrier oil and rub on chest.
For a natural anti-microbial cleaner, try Tea Tree and Sweet Orange, or Lavender and Tea Tree. Mix 15-20 total drops of EO, 1/2c white vinegar in a 32oz spray bottle, fill with water and shake well before use.
Use Tea Tree, Lavender and Frankincense for any of you skin care needs from anti-aging and acne to wound care and bug bites.
For a calming blend or sleep aid, try diffusing Lavender and Sweet Orange.
