Aromatically: Inhale directly or diffuse
Topically: Dilute with carrier oil and massage into chest, neck or bottoms of feet. For 6 months - 2 yrs dilute to 0.5%; 2 - 5yrs dilute to 1% to 2%; 5yrs - adults dilute to 3% to 5%
Shelf life: 3-4 years when properly stored
Storage: Minimize exposure to light, air and heat to get the full benefit and life out of your oil. Store your oil tightly sealed and in cardboard tube between 59 and 71° F.
