Lavender Essential Oil is believed to be analgesic (pain relief), antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, adaptogenic (promotes homeostasis throughout body), nervine (calms and soothes nerves) and sedating (promotes sleep). When combined with a carrier oil it may relieve headaches, relieve burns and sunburns, heal wounds, reduce appearance of scars and blemishes, reduce body odor, reduce anxiety and manage stress.
Lavender essential oil is arguably the best all-around-oil. No essential oil collection is complete without the versatile and soothing benefits this oil provides. Primary uses for our Lavender Essential Oil include first aid, skin care, sleep aid, calming and stress relief.

Aromatically: diffusion or direct inhalation
Topically: dilute 2% with carrier oil or use neat (undiluted) for small, short term use - test diluted oil on a small area of skin before applying neat.
Blends well with: All oils! Particularly Geranium, Clary Sage, Grapefruit, Bergamot, Lemon, Orange, Rosemary, Tea Tree, Eucalyptus, Ylang Ylang, Cedarwood.
Shelf life: 4 years when properly stored
Storage: Minimize exposure to light, air and heat to get the full benefit and life out of your oil. Store your oil tightly sealed and in cardboard tube between 59 and 71° F.
