Sweet Marjoram essential oil comes from a common herb used widely in cooking and medicine. Sweet Marjoram is a warming and relaxing oil not to be confused with Spanish Marjoram (a stronger oil with different chemical compounds). Primary uses for our Sweet Marjoram essential oil include relieving muscle soreness and menstrual cramps, regulating menstrual flow, calming nerves and relieving pain.

Aromatically: diffusion or direct inhalation
Topically: dilute 3% with carrier oil or use neat (undiluted) for small, short term use - test diluted oil on a small area of skin before applying neat.

Storage: Minimize exposure to light, air and heat to get the full benefit and life out of your oil. Store your oil tightly sealed and in cardboard tube between 59 and 71° F.
